West Fork Flag Football

The Flag Football program has begun registration with a deadline of August 26^th. The program is for Kindergarten, 1^st and 2^nd grade West Fork Students. Registration forms and information sheets will be available at City Hall (164 N. Centennial) or can be downloaded below. All forms, along with a $25 fee, need to be returned to City Hall during regular business hours by August 26^th (drop box also available after hours).
